This website is operated by Owendy. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Owendy. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

1. Use of the store

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to use this site, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or transmit any viruses or code of a destructive nature.

2. Products and pricing

We sell women's clothing and accessories. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities.

3. Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, or that show signs of fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we will refund you in full. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Shipping, returns and exchanges

We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on all orders. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Errors and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images and design — is the property of Owendy or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our written permission.

7. User comments and feedback

If you send us reviews, comments or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation. You agree that your comments will not be unlawful, abusive or infringe any third party's rights.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We have no control over them and accept no liability arising from your use of them.
